An additional support of Rs. 17.69 lakh @ Rs. 1000/- per school was estimated under this intervention for CRC coordinator to visit the schools frequently and provide onsite academic support, organize monthly meeting to discuss academic issues and design strategies for better school performance and act as a mentor. The report of the school visit is also to be uploaded on a Mobile App.
An outlay of Rs. 382.2 lakh was estimated for Academic support through BRC/URC and CRC including Rs.364.51 lakh for BRC/URC and Rs. 17.69 lakh for CRCs.

Three Days Training programme on School Leadership for the Headmasters and Principals at DUDA Conference Hall
Three days Training programme on School Leadership for the Headmasters and Principals from 21st to 23rd January 2020 at DUDA Conference Hall Kohima was organised by Samagra Shiksha Nagaland. The training programme was based on the assessing the needs of the school heads. All the participants made presentation on the innovative practices at schools.
As Mobility support to Elementary Schools, the training programme for 54 EBRC Coordinators and Asst. District Coordinators under DMA was conducted at Kohima.

Supervision and Monitoring tools:
Academic Supervision and Monitoring tools were developed incorporating the objectives of the Programme. This was provided to all the block coordinators for implementation.
Mobility Support:
The implementation of the mobility support was monitored through WhatsApp group on regular basis which was exclusively created for this purpose. A member from the TSG has been included along with State Mission Director, programme coordinator and MIS personnel in the WhatsApp group to monitor the progress of the BRC.
