Self-defense training, a key initiative under the Ministry of Education (GOI), empowers girl students with essential life skills, fostering confidence, self-discipline, resilience, and physical strength. These skills are critical for personal safety, enhancing both their well-being and sense of security. Through practical techniques and strategies, the program equips girls to respond effectively to potential threats, such as physical assault and other risks, helping them feel safer in their daily lives.
